Reviews of How Trauma Affects the Brain

Finally the answers I've been looking for!

"I've spent over a decade and tens of thousands of dollars on different therapies, therapists and seeking out different modalities of healing. This course has been the single most monumental find in my search for healing. I finally now understand why I suffered trauma, how to heal from it and still love others while protecting myself. I highly recommend this course and can't say enough about how helpful, healing and ground breaking it is!"

I really enjoyed this course!

I really enjoyed this course. It helped me to have more understanding of myself and why I have made some of the choices in my life I would classify as "negative" of course it doesn't make them go away, but it made me feel more empowered in not making them again and not getting so down on myself for making them in the first place. I still feel there is a lot I want to learn on this subject. I have Sara's book and I plan to read it to go even deeper. I would like to be notified when new content comes out! I would like to see a facilitator course or certification of some kind think it would be cool to learn how to integrate this in therapy or coaching sessions.

Excellent content

This visually interesting course brilliantly written and presented by Sara combines current neuroscience with clear explanations of how trauma is currently at play in the life of a trauma survivor. This comprehensive view provides possible explanations as to why therapy "has not worked" previously as well as options for treatment. The content is an excellent tool which illuminates the complex world of the brain and provides guideposts for any individual who is stepping further into their healing journey.
